i love my God, i love my family, i love my job and i love life. i am extremely grateful to God for providing me with customers so i can stay home and take care of my family. being able to watch them grow and attend their school events has meant more to me than i can put into words.
i have enjoyed meeting so many neat families and capturing moments that cause their hearts to swell. i pray all the time that God would help me capture what He sees in people and i only hope that i do Him justice. being a photographer is not a hobby or just a job to me, it is knowing that i have a responsibility to use the talents i have been given and to use them to bring glory to the one who gave them to me.
my family always gives a big sigh when i say it's picture time. as you can imagine i wear them out with pictures;) the thing i always try to remind them of is that while it seems like you have too many pictures, there could come a day where in an instant you cannot have enough pictures. sadly i have photographed families who have lost a loved one in the picture and i am so grateful that we were able to capture that memory for them to cherish. please do not wait to take a family portrait till you have "lost weight" or "got your hair done" or "saved up enough money" these are things i hear all the time. waiting sometimes may mean it's too late. even if you don't have the funds, i will work with you. have the picture taken and worry about ordering it later, at least once its taken you know you have it.
thank you from the bottom of my heart for following me and allowing me to share a bit of myself with you!
